The Design Engineering team deals with design activities in industrial contexts. Not in terms of elementary design acts, but for Modeling, Analysing (Simulating and Assessing) and Designing the design systems (tools, processes, organizations). We mainly deal with 3 research axes, in which PhD projects and other scientific projects lie:

1. Design of complex systems, dealing with technological complex systems as well as organisational complex systems
2. Design of sustainable systems
3. Innovation engineering
