Decision aid for Production / Distribution systems

Research objectives

Research undertaken in our team are focussed on decision making/aiding for operations management, both for product and services. The scientific objectives involve three complementary levels of contributions:

  • Use : Develop decision aid methods for a large class of operations management problems,
  • Insights/Synthesis : Provide insights on the problems studied, propose unified visions and understanding of these problems,
  • Methodological/algorithmic contributions: develop methods/algorithms whose impact and usefulness goes further than the specific context in which they are developed.

Members

The team is composed of 8 permanent reseachers (5 Habilitation), and more than 20 doctoral and post-doctoral students. Moreover, the team hosts associated members, who are affiliated with other institutoins but whose research is led in close relation with members of the team. -en savoir plus-

Ongoing and defended PhDs

Aproximately 20 doctoral students are working in our team. For a large part of them, the PhD has an application domain in relation with an industrial collaboration (CIFRE, ...), while some other are working on theory/methodology oriented topics.
